Membership Options

- Services are available on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis.

Billing & Payments
- Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via the selected payment method.
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
Service Usage
- Memberships are vehicle-specific and non-transferable.
- Appointments are required and subject to availability.
- Missed or rescheduled appointments must be notified 24 hours in advance.
Fair Use Policy
- Excessively soiled vehicles (e.g., heavy mud, pet hair, spills) may incur additional charges.
- Envision Auto Worx reserves the right to refuse service due to extreme conditions.
Cancellations & Refunds
- No refunds for unused services within the billing period.
- Memberships can be paused for up to 1 month per year with prior notice.
Liability
- Envision Auto Worx is not responsible for pre-existing damage or personal items left in vehicles.
- All services are performed with professional care, but minor cosmetic risks are inherent in detailing.
Changes to Terms
- Envision Auto Worx may update these terms with prior notice to members.
